Stop connecting cartoons with real disasters by Maxtaro Stop connecting cartoons with real disasters by Maxtaro
I've seen people think having random cartoon characters crying over 9/11, some of them not even being American, would do anything for the victims. STOP. Stop being so childish and actually do something about it. Praying using cartoons will do just about as much justice as the animated Titanic movies did justice to the ship's victims.

Case in point:…

I hate those drawings, they are pretty embarressing and make cartoon fans look inconsiderate.

I even saw someone making lies about Lucy Van Pelt from the Peanuts, saying that she sang with Rebecca Black, she eats shit, she hates In Flames and Hellyeah... What the fuck?!

Using characters like that won't make anyone happy. :| (Blank Stare)

I personally find putting happy characters in a real tragic event extremely offensive.

I can't say much because I used my NON-AMERICAN Sonic Fan character for my 9/11 picture, but I facepalm every time I see a picture of a canon cartoon character mourning 9/11 when in reality they wouldn't give two shits and continue off on their asinine adventure, but the FC has american human friends sooooo.

While I have nothing against anyone making a tribute, especially when it came to a tragic event like 9/11, but... Jesus Christ, what is there to say about that?

The only kind of person who actually makes crossovers decent is TonyWDA, although most of his work isn't on YouTube anymore, including one mournful tribute he did on the passing of Wayne Allwine, and that was pretty good, relatively harmless compared to the crap that everyone else makes.

But as for that video, I have more respect for someone making a tribute using the sad version of "America (Fuck Yeah)".

I've recently commented on a picture where the Mario bros are looking scared at the twin towers crashing down. I felt the same way as you.
