A great number of the world population are not using their grammar correctly. When I talk with someone, I often expect them to talk like intelligent beings. But instead, I see bad grammar and spelling. I see that all the time on the Internet. What is this world going into?!
If I were an teacher in the future, I would choose to teach English lessons.
Ugh, that does get really obnoxious. I mean, seriously? It is just so amazingly stupid how people don't seem to care about spelling correctly anymore. Another thing that really irks me is when emoticons and L33T speak is being used constantly over and over again. I mean, a little bit doesn't bother me too much, but come on, man! You know what I mean?
Ugh. I know, right? Whether I'm on deviantART or elsewhere on the internet, I run into grammatically incorrect messages on a constant basis. There are those older than me who can never distinguish homophones, yet there are those who are younger than me who can't, also. Boy, does it peeve me. The same can go for who's/whose, passed/past, sense/since, just to name a few.
If I never knew the difference, I'd type like this: Your not the only one who dislikes the you're & yours mix up. This is how I would actually type: You are not the only one who dislikes the you're & yours mix up.
